Hospital Trustee Work
Elected board service at North Shore Health, focused on accountable governance, healthcare equity, and strong rural health systems.
Rural hospitals sit at the center of community life. They are places of care, major employers, and institutions that must make consequential decisions with limited resources.
As an elected board member at North Shore Health, I work to connect long-term strategy with the practical needs of the people the organization serves. That means asking direct questions, making room for community accountability, and helping the board navigate change without losing sight of its public purpose.
Areas of focus
- Responsible, transparent governance
- Access and equity in rural healthcare
- Long-term resilience and thoughtful innovation
- Clear communication between institutions and communities
This work is ongoing. I’ll use this space to share ideas and lessons about governing well in rural healthcare.
